Like most people I keep a future log in my Bullet Journal. I’ve finally perfected a layout that I’m really happy with. It’s really minimal with just the slightest pop of colour.

I’m really pleased with my latest future log layout in my Bullet Journal. I’ve tried slightly different layouts for the last few years but none of them have been quite right up until this one.

I always struggle to fit the dates in three times. So I end up with entries in the wrong line and it gets messy and confusing. It also looks cluttered and this needs to be a very simple spread where I can jot down an important date or appointment that’s far off in the future.

So instead of writing the dates alongside each month I’ve left a tiny bit of extra space on the left and written the dates for all three months. Now I can clearly see exactly which date school ends (for example) without needing to double check it just in case I wrote it on the wrong line.

I’ve kept the little calendar at the top of the page. I use this much more than I ever expected to.

There’s a little bit of space left at the bottom of each month so I use this for tasks that I need to be aware of. “Plan Little Pickle’s Birthday” for example.

I’m pretty sure that this future log layout will be “the one”.

Products I Have Used:

My BuJo supplies are very minimal but I have recently invested in some really good quality papers from an Etsy seller. I’m also sharing links to the pencils I’ve used and the simple gel pens I like.
