I made a fun scrapbook layout to commemorate my coffee addiction. I’ve used the colourful Timeless Texture stack from Die Cuts With a View.
The Timeless Texture stack from Die Cuts With a View is one of my all time favourite paper stacks. It’s got a full rainbow of colours including fun bright shades, muted tones and lots of neutrals too.
Each colour comes in about 4 – 5 different patterns and each pattern is a slightly different shade. All the patterns are quite subtle so they won’t clash with just about scrapbook page theme. They’re also quite small in scale so this paper stack is great for card making as well as scrapbooking.
It’s so handy to have just the right colour for just about any project.
These little plastic buttons appeared in my stash years ago. I honestly have no idea where they came from! I’d hazard a guess they fell off something or were a broken part of something LOL. But they were the perfect shade of red to complement this scrapbook layout.
I’m not a big fan of buttons on paper craft projects. They always look wrong to me. I usually find myself covering the holes with a little something, in this case I used these little shaped brads. I also have no idea where they came from originally. I’m deep into stash busting mode!!
This is my first attempt at staining a scrapbook layout. I literally took my coffee cup and inked it with a brown ink pad then pressed it into the corner of my page. I’m loving how it come out.
Scrapbook Page Title
The scrapbook page title is very simply made from Papermania Alphabet stickers. I’m liking the no fuss style.
I do hope my latest scrapbook project has given you some inspiration for your own scrapbook pages.
