The Winnie Sunshine Delight digital stamp range from Polkadoodles is probably my currently all time favourite stamp set. I’ve paired it with my most favourite papers, Antique Floral from My Minds Eye.
Digital Stamping
The Digi image is from Polkadoodles, part of their Winnie Sunshine Delights range. Isn’t she just the cutest!?!
While these digital images may look intricate they are actually super easy to colour. Once you’ve got the hair and skin just right the rest of the image just comes together with the slightest hint of colour.
I print my digital stamps onto Winsor & Newton Bleedproof Marker paper. It’s bright white so my colours really pop and it also helps to stop the inks bleeding into each other.
I’ve coloured this little cutie with my Winsor & Newton BrushMarkers. Here’s the shade’s I’ve used:
Skin Tones
Hair
Teal
Green
Purple

Designer Papers
I adore this paper stack form My Mind’s Eye, it’s called Antique Florals. It’s full of beautifully distressed papers with small scale patterns in floral designs and natural colours.
It’s a huge stack of 180 sheets so it’s long since been discontinued and I’ve still got plenty left to play with.

A Little Embellishment
This pretty little butterfly was the perfect embellishment for this delicate card.

I love to add just a teeny touch of sparkle to my cards and I usually do that with a little set of three gems in one or two corners. I love how it adds a little bit of interest to an otherwise plain corner.

Greeting
The greeting is also from Polkadoodles and is die cut with Docrafts X-Large Nesting Dies, Circle. The die is then used as a template to cut the border.
This greeting reads “Sending You Warm Wishes”.

Take a Peak Inside
I think it’s such a shame to receive a beautifully decorated card only to open it and be faced with a blank page. So I use more of my designer papers to decorate the insides of my cards. I mostly use scraps leftover from the main design and a 10cm square of plain paper to write a nice message onto.
